Hamoa Beach is around a maybe five or ten minute drive on the capital of scotland - Hana. The drive is straightforward to produce, with lots of great scenery along the way. There isn't a parking lot, so you should park on the medial side in the road and walk down the steps to the beach. Parking isn't commonly a problem considering that the beach is rarely crowded.
You will find there's beach hut on Hamoa Beach that rents body boards, snorkeling equipment, as well as gives out towels to guests on the Hotel Hana Maui. There are beach chairs and umbrellas that are for guests only.
Unless you are a guest and require a chair, the best I'm all over this Hamoa Beach is on a big towel right in the middle of the black sand. There's plenty of shade for the beach, so that you won't have any trouble stepping out of the sun once you have had your fill of it.
The stream at the sea isn't rough high are no rocks to reduce you as you swim. The waves here can get quite large, even though they are easier to swim in than other beaches on the island.
Hamoa Beach is an excellent beach resort area, offering something for the whole family. There is usually something occurring here, regardless what holiday you visit. For just a beach vacation that never lets up - Hamoa Beach is to try and need to be.
